  • Eligibility: You must be currently employed by, or aligned with, an endorsed Strength for Life provider.

  • Qualifications: You must hold a valid qualification as a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Cert IV Fitness Instructor or higher.

In just 3 hours, you will gain the specialised knowledge required to lead classes, conduct thorough client assessments, and successfully manage your SFL sessions.
